José María Acosta Vera

An industrial engineer, he has trained at various European and American universities. He is a Certified Trainer ( TMC, Michigan.)
Over his professional career he has been organisational and HR director for companies with a national scope, which has given him a wide range of experience in appointing and managing people.
He is currently the director of Acción Training, a company dedicated to training and consultancy. Over 20 thousand people have atended the seminars he has given for managers and directors at businesses, universities, higher education training centres and business schools.
