The reader will find in this book a great diversity at several levels. This has allowed us to divide the book in several sections. We start and finish with two generic chapters, the first of them with more influence in the approach of the psychology to the cinema, and the last one with more emphasis in the opposite. After the initial chapter we present the approach that the cinema has made to some of the most important psychological dysfunctions. The second block is called “the director's look”, and there we examine the cinema of the big directors from a psychological point of view, either starting from some of their more representative movies or starting from a journey for its work. The third and last block is denominated miscellaneous, and the nature of the chapters is diverse.
