The flash of a false memory can cut a life short and compromise a delicate foreign intelligence operation. Unai Lambert, a young Frenchman who studied history at the Sorbonne, starts work as an analyst for the Spanish intelligence services. Years later, the conjunction of political decisions and personal circumstances branded by his Basque origin take him to Montpellier on an official mission. There, he must face an operation that hasn't exactly been planned: the infiltration of a terrorist cell.
