This is the story of Ana, or rather a fragment of her life observed through a zoom shot. But to understand her story properly, it's necessary to rewind a little to the day her neighbour Antonio broke his leg, and so had to give up his job as Father Christmas in Toby's department store. Or perhaps a bit further, to the moment when the family began to suffer financial problems. Only then can we understand why this fifteen-year-old girl dared to apply for a vacant position in a shopping mall. This apparently insignificant event will, however, set off a series of changes in her life and those of the people around her.
