Nicolau Comagran Serch, better known as the poet Nic Serch, is a young man who returns to Mallorca after a failed literary career. There, he starts working for his uncle in Hotel Indira, a somewhat decadent establishment which has belonged to his family since his grandfather was alive. This change of life drops him into a new world, presided over by old ghosts and the fascination with the person who will come to be his rival in love and success. The novel is about the story of crazed love and discovery between Nico and Natalia, a relationship marked by the past, secrecy, dissatisfaction, fatality and lies. Hotel Indira is a novel about the difficulty of accepting oneself, about corruption and the pain of loss, about the need for comfort and about the tragedy of our own limitations.
