In each book, the lovers come and go in search of an impossible leap through time. At certain junctions, on certain corners and in certain traffic jams, without being aware of it, the lovers meet only to lost again for ever. What is left is a glance, a vague sense of having seen for a moment the parallel reality which exists and unfolds in another dimension, a world as desperate as this one to discover what is happening on the other side.
