The Dance of the Lizards
David de Juan Marcos (Salamanca, 1980) graduated in Biology from the Universidad de Salamanca, and has Masters degrees in Management and Conservation of the Natural World, and Sustainable Development. During his professional life, he has worked as a natural-spaces technician and environmental consultant in Spain and the United Kingdom. He teaches science and English at secondary level. In terms of his literary work, the majority of his stories have been published and won prizes, including Mi niño viejo (My Old Child; Crossing Cultures International Short Story Prize), De Piratas y ladrones (On Pirates and Thieves; Certamen International Short Story Prize). His second novel will be published in 2016.
