This book's protagonist is Genio, the genial monster! He has eight colours, one for each kind of intelligence - and he loves a challenge! He has devised 48 really fun and testing challenges in which young readers will be asked to write, draw, cut out, use glue, dance, use the book as a drum kit - and solve some quite peculiar problems! Included is a guide to identify the dominant intelligence of each reader. The theory of multiple intelligences purports that all of us have up to eight kinds of different intelligences. To put it another way: no one child is more intelligent that another, but all children possess one or other intelligence to a lesser or greater degree.
