A children's 'Tirant lo Blanch'
Salvador Vendrell (Fortaleny 1958) is a columnist, writer and teacher. His novel 'Quan truquen de matinada' won the 2014 Premio de Narratica Ciutat de Sagunto. He has been a columnist for the newspaper Levante-EMV since 2002, and has published collections of these columns. He has adapted prose classics such as 'Curial y Güelfa' and 'Espill' and published the anthology 'Joan Fuster per a joves'. Oreto Cruzà (l'Alcúdia, 1968) has worked as an artist since the 1980s. He has shown work at numerous group exhibitions and has featured as invited artist at the prestigious Salón de Arte de Bollene. He has also had several solo exhibitions. His illustrative work includes posters and book covers and he has designed the plastic component of various publications aimed at children and young readers.
