Faunish Stories
Fernando Mansilla (Barcelona, 1965) has been one of the most multi-talented artists of Seville's underground scene since he moved to the city thirty years ago. His output includes drama, poetry ('Poemas para la no posteridad' ('Poems for Non-Posterity')) and music (his album 'Literatura de baile' received critical acclaim). Nothing is beyond Fernando, who has already shown what he has to offer the literary world with his novel 'Canijo' (El Rancho Editorial), a bloody story about Seville's drug scene in the 1980s. Now, with 'Relatos Faunescos' ('Fawnish Stories') he takes to short story-writing like a fish to water, retaining his unique style and combining his two passions: writing and animals (he always wanted to study Biology or become a vet).
