Javier Fuentes Merino is one of the most prominent experts in sales in the Spanish language. He strongly advocates for the sales force as a marketing tool and is a prestigious business manager.
Born in Madrid, he is the founder and CEO of Grupo Redes de Venta Proactiva (Redes de Fuerzas de Ventas, Redes de Intermediación Financiera y Redes de Forças de Vendas), a leading company in business services and external sales force in Spain and Portugal, with a staff of more than 500. He is also a lecturer at the Department of Finance and Business Research of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in the area of Marketing.
Professor Fuentes has written numerous articles in Marketing journals, HR magazines, media related to employment and economic journals such as Emprendedores, MK, Marketing + Ventas, Training & Development, Investigación y Marketing, IPMARK, Expansión, Cinco Días, El País, ABC, 20 Minutos o Diario Qué! He has also appeared several times on television and radio programmes in Spain (Cadena Ser, Onda Cero, Onda Madrid, TVE, Telemadrid ...)
