West End
José Morella (Ibiza, 1972) has a degree in literary theory and comparative literature. He was a semi-finalist for the Herralde Award for Personal Matters (2008), which also received the Qwerty Award for new narrator. He has also written a novel of Otto Gross' life, an anarchist disciple of Sigmund Freud, in Like Paths in the Fog (2016). He lives and works in Barcelona, where he gives classes in narrative and creative writing. His novel, West End, won the Café Gijón Award in 2019.
