There are two central fears at the root of the terror that shapes life in the city. The first is related to economic inequality; the second to a lack of knowledge of others and the fear of losing one's identity. Uncertainty and confusion have increased due to the speed of change in the last few decades, which has caused cities to be seen as dangerous places. Because of this, the city as a free space is being divided up, structured and controlled by the forces of order, with the goal of guaranteeing security at any moment.
