Miranda France is a linguist, translator and writer. She has lived and worked in several Latin American countries and is now based in London. Her works include Bad Times in Buenos Aires, Don Quixote‘s Delusions and The Day Before the Fire. Her translations from Spanish include novels by Claudia Piñeiro, Alberto Manguel, Liliana Heker and Sergio Olguín. She is a Royal Literary Fund Fellow working in the NHS.
