Rocio Bonilla

Rocio Bonilla (Barcelona, 1970) studied Fine Art at the University of Barcelona and has worked as a designer, painter and teacher. Currently she spends most of her time illustrating books and painting murals for children. As a mother of three, she is continually amazed by the unique and extraordinary worlds children create, as well as by their enormous generosity and willingness to share them with others. She began as an illustrator in the publishing world with Cara de pájaro (Bird Face), her first solo project and she has enjoyed great international success, having been translated into more than 20 languages and with more than 300,000 readers worldwide.
