César Pérez López holds a degree in Mathematics (and specialized in Statisitcs) from the University of Valladolid. He also has a degree in Economics from the UNED. He belongs to the Cuerpo Superior de Estadísticos del Estado y también al Cuerpo Superior de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información de la Administración del Estado.
He has developed his career at different government agencies of the Public Administration like the National Institute of Statistics, the Data Protection Agency and the Institute for Fiscal Studies. On the other hand, he teaches at the Department of Statistics and Operational Research III of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid as Assistant Lecturer.
He currently works as a Research Advisory Board member leading the Statistics Unit of the Institute for Fiscal Studies (Ministry of Economy and Finance). He is the author of various publications, both books for teachers and professional support, as well as research papers.
