Don't wash your hands. Stories for before you eat
Gustavo Duch Guillot (1965, Barcelona), is a Veterinary graduate and a postgraduate in Business Management. His first business was to work for Veterinarians without Frontiers, which he was Director of until 2009. He has also been director of the Junta Directiva de la Federación Catalana de ONGD (NGOs) and president of AGORA NordSud. He works with various written press media: El Periódico de Catalunya, Público, La Jornada de México, and El Correo Vasco, as well as on some radio programmes. His articles are collected in three books: 'Con los pies en la tierra', Lo que hay que tragar', and 'Alimentos bajo sospecha'.
