In this book, Professor Sergio L. Palacios aims to provide an enjoyable and comprehensive look at the world of science in general, and the unyielding laws of physics in particular, accecsible to anyone regardless of their prior knowledge of the topic. With this aim in mind, he uses science-fictiction films once again as a pretext, plagued as they are with inexact, erroneous, imprecise (not to say manifestly false) scientific concepts.
