BEATRIZ GÓMEZ LORENZO

Beatriz Gómez Lorenzo graduated in Political Sciences and Administration. She has always been passionate about literature and has a broad-ranging background in the area as an expert in professional editing, independent editing, internet publication and creative writing. She has also collaborated in writing the introductory monologue to the play "La máquina" (The Machine), performed at the II Encuentro Internacional de Mujeres en San Cristóbal de las Casas, Mexico. Her first novel, Continuará (It Will Continue, 2016), subverts the noir genre, maintaining its essential characteristics while inviting the reader to reflect deeply upon the psyche of the characters. In 2017 she presented Infinito (Infinite) to the media. She contributes to the literary magazine of the Mexican Zaid Carreño, La Casilla Ahumada, and the literary magazine Solo Novela Negra.
